HOW AND WHERE SHOULD I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Unused items are subject to 14-day return policy. Returning items is so easy. All you need to do is complete the returns form. Once completed, you will see all the details required to return your items via Zasilkovna. Should you wish to do your return via Ceska posta or any other courier service, please complete the online form as well to return the items to us using any service at your own expense. Please return your items in original packaging and unused condition. Thank you
HOW SOON DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your returned items will be checked for intact and flawless condition and your refund will be made shortly afterwards, that is within the maximum period of 14 days following the delivery of your parcel.
IS THERE ANY OPTION TO EXCHANGE THE RETURNED ITEMS FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM E-SHOP?
Items can be obviously exchanges for other. Enter the online form for returns and replacement of items and then follow the return instructions as displayed in the form. You only need to cover any difference in price or even receive a form to complete your account details for a refund. Exchange of items is subject to same rules as returns in general. Any item being returned must be unused and wrapped in its original packaging. Thank you!
