How to get a permanent discount on your entire purchase

Besides quality products and beautiful eyelashes, what makes us most happy is our satisfied customers. That's why we offer all those who love our products and like to come back for more the opportunity to save on their purchase. All you have to do is register with us. After logging in to your account, your discount will always be automatically made available to you. It's that simple!

Here is how to register with us:

1. On the https://lashespro.com page, click on the login widget icon in the upper right corner.

2. In the window that appears, click on the "Register" sign at the bottom.

3. Then fill in your basic personal information and choose a password for your account. Check the "Receive news" box (optional, but highly recommended) and click the black "Sign up" button.

Note: After completing this step, you will receive an email to the email address you provided with basic information regarding your registration and your account.

4. Excellent! You have now successfully registered and have been automatically logged in. There is nothing stopping you from enjoying your full purchase discount and other benefits of your account.

The discount you get when you register, and the amount, is permanent and permanent. It is valid for all products from our offer except training. It is therefore not only very convenient, but also pleasant to get everything you need for eyelash beautification in one place - with us, where we reward your loyalty.

I can't log in to my account - now what?

Forgot your password and can't log in to your account? Here's how to do it:

In this case you need to reset your password. Click here:"Forgot password". Enter the email address you used to register in the appropriate line. You will then receive an email to this email address. Follow the instructions in the email and click on the special link. You will receive another email with a new password. You can now log in with this password. After logging in, we recommend that you change the automatically generated password in your account settings (see My Account for more information).

"Help! I don't see any email!" -> Make sure that the email with the password change has not fallen into your SPAM box (or other sorting folders like Social Networks, Promotions, etc.).

I have a new password but I still can't log in - now what?

Be warned - smartphones and web browsers allow you to remember your account login details so you don't have to type them all out again each time you log in. You have now changed your password, so don't use the saved login credentials that your browser provides (they contain the old password), you need to log in manually and type the new password you received in the email in the box.

When is the discount valid?

The discount you get when you register is permanent and valid for an unlimited period of time. Once you log in to your account, the discount will automatically be loaded to all items on the e-shop. All you have to do is shop.

Is my discount permanent or will it disappear after I complete my purchase?

The great thing about our Loyalty Program is that you don't lose your discount once you complete your purchase. It stays with you so you can use it on your next purchase. And the next and the next...

What is the amount of my discount?

You will see the amount of your discount for specific products, where the price before and after the discount is shown for the item. As standard, our loyal customers receive a 10% discount on everything.

Where is my discount? I don't see it!

Please make sure you are logged in to your account. For specific products and items, the original, full price is always visible and the discounted price is only available to those logged in.

What all can be discounted?

After logging in to your account, the discount will automatically load on all products on offer. It's up to you to choose the ones you are interested in and make your purchases.
