HOW TO USE THE LASHES PRO HYBRID LIQUID EYEBROW TINT

Before treatment

  1. Complete an entrance questionnaire with the client. Make sure that they have no medical contraindications and that there are no other factors that could prevent a successful eyebrow tint treatment (e.g. previous allergic reactions, etc.).
  2. Place the client on the beauty couch so that they feel calm and comfortable.
  3. Disinfect your hands. For health and hygiene purposes, we always recommend using sterile gloves.
  4. Prepare all the equipment. Shake the tint bottle properly before opening.
  5. TIP: Before you start, we recommend taking a photo to compare before/after results, you can share the results with the Lashes PRO hashtag on social media.

Preparation is the key!

  1. Apply a non-oil based make-up remover to a cotton pad and remove make-up from the eyes, eyebrows and surrounding skin.
  2. Apply the Lashes PRO gentle brow scrub to the brows and use a silicone brush to gently massage the skin. The skin will then be smooth and free of unevenness. Clean the treated area with a dry cotton pad.
  3. Clean the skin of any excess peeling and dirt with the lash remover or the brow cleansing foam. The skin and eyebrows must be clean, dry and free of residual grease before tinting. Otherwise, the results may not be ideal.
  4. Pre-draw the client's eyebrows using a mapping pen or mapping thread.
  5. In a bowl, mix the hybrid liquid brow tint with the Lashes PRO tint activator. For best results, use a 4:2 ratio (tint:tint activator)

Good to know: preparation is key to ensure long-lasting results! For clients with oily skin, the final effect may last for a shorter period of time. Remember that the durability of the tint will vary slightly from application to application.

Eyebrow tinting

Apply the tint to the eyebrows and skin using the eyebrow tinting brushes to the desired shape. If you overdo it, or the tint sticks where it shouldn't, use an eyebrow tint remover to remove it as soon as possible. Make sure the tint is applied evenly.

Application time

Times may vary depending on the desired result. The longer the tint is in effect, the more intense the color will be. Application time can vary between 1 and 7 minutes.

TIP: For an ombré effect, leave the tint on for 1-2 minutes on the inner part of the eyebrows and 5-7 minutes on the ends of the eyebrows.

Removal

  1. Remove excess tint from the brows with a dry cotton swab, then go over the brows with a cotton swab with a small amount of brow and lash tint remover to ensure the excess is completely removed.
  2. If the excess tint stains the skin outside the marked brow line during removal, use the tint remover and gently clean the affected skin with a cotton swab.

Aftercare (advice to the client)

Avoid using self-tanners on the face for approximately 2-3 days before and after the treatment.

Avoid using scrubs around the brow area after tinting.

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and do not use tanning beds, saunas, steam rooms or swimming pools for 24 hours after skin treatment.

Make sure that the client does not touch their eyebrows for the first 24 hours after tinting and avoids contact with water.
