The magnifying lens and LED lighting are attached to the glasses with a bendable hinge that helps you adjust your mirrors so that the zoom and lighting suit the tilt of your gaze and head as you work. 

The goggle frame itself is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Still, swapping the goggles for an elastic strap is more comfortable if you use heavier lenses and LED light and need to use the goggles for extended periods. The strap will hold the glasses in place for the time required, and you don't have to worry about the glasses sliding off your nose when you bend over.
