Do you know who every lash stylist's best friend is? A quality pair of tweezers, which is a must-have in a professional's kit. In the following article, I will advise you which tweezers are suitable for which use and how to choose the right pair for you.
Tweezers are our extended hands when applying false eyelashes. They make it easier for us to work with individual lashes, fans and the client's lashes. In order to make the work go smoothly, it is necessary to work with tools we're satisfied with and that fit our hand properly.
At Lashes PRO, I take great care in selecting quality eyelash extension tweezers. Therefore, I can reliably recommend those that I've been very satisfied with for a long time and I trust them.
What are eyelash extension tweezers?
Professionals may find this question unnecessary, but those of you who are still groping around in the field of false eyelash application can finally get your head around the terms. Eyelash tweezers are different from those commonly used for eyebrows, for example.
The end of an eyelash tweezers consists of a thin, sharpened beak that is either straight or curved. The degree of opening and the shape of the beak depends on the specific type and use of the tweezers. Tweezers for eyelash grooming should ideally be lightweight and easy to handle, as working with thin lashes and handling eyelash glue in the delicate eye area requires precision. Thanks to the fact that the tips of the tweezers are hand-ground, maximum grip precision is achieved, which everyone will appreciate when handling fine eyelashes..
For meticulous work, a professional lash stylist needs at least two pairs of tweezers. What kind of tweezers are they?
- Tweezers with straight ends
These tweezers are used to carefully separate the client's natural lashes and locate the lash to apply the false lash or fan.
We offer such tweezers: they are the Diamond Separation and Expert Isolation tweezers.
- Curved tweezers
Curved tweezers are designed specifically for eyelash application. They differ from each other not only in the shape of the tip, but also in the size of the opening. Some of the curved tweezers are suitable for picking up individual lashes (Diamond Universal, Diamond Hool), others are more suitable for applying more voluminous fans (Diamond Ultimate or Expert Volume).
The customer favorite are the Lashes PRO Diamond Mega Volume tweezers.

What's special about the Lashes PRO tweezers?
All of the tweezers offered by Lashes PRO are 12 cm long and made of high quality Japanese stainless steel. From long experience I have to say that it is a pleasure to work with a tool made of this quality material. I felt the difference immediately when I first picked up the tweezers. The Lashes PRO tweezers are 40% lighter than regular ones. This made them easier to handle and saved my wrists from carpal tunnel inflammation, which we lash stylists deal with very often.
The small downside of stainless steel is that it warps very easily when dropped from a height. I once had a pair of tweezers fall out of my hand and they were a write-off. Since then, I use a handy rubber holder, and I have saved my tweezers from similar mishaps. The tweezers from the Diamond series also have notches on the sides to eliminate the risk of falling out of your hand.
You might also appreciate a safe storage for your tweezers in an elegant tweezer case. You'll find several in the Lashes PRO range. I personally use a magnetic case, which is great, because the tweezers themselves are held inside by magnets and you don't have to clip each one individually into the loop. It's an absolutely indispensable tool when working!
